Snow Day

Thank you to Jeri Caprio for inviting the children served by our partner charities: PROPEL, Place of Hope, SOS Children’s Village, and AACY to a SNOW DAY at her ranch. Children received a snow day and mittens to enjoy some fun in the snow in sunny South Florida. PDQ donated lunch for all the kids and their families and foundation supporter, Pamela Higer-Polani, brought desserts for all to enjoy. Semper Fi Service Dogs – Not Vet Left Behind brought their service dogs for the kids to learn, walk, and play with. The Foundation is proud to partner with Jeri on creating this special day for “our kids”.

Carnival

Over 250 kids from YMCA of the Palm Beaches, YMCA of South Palm Beach, JCC Special Needs Camp, SOS Children’s Village, JAFCO, Place of Hope, PROPEL, AACY, and HomeSafe experienced a Carnival in Boca West Country Club with cotton candy, snow cones, popcorn, funnel cakes, games, rides, and more!
14th Annual Adopt a Family/Home for the Holidays
December 16, 2023
150 kids from the Boys and Girls Clubs of PBC received a shopping spree at Old Navy with the help of community volunteers. After shopping they headed to Boca West Country Club for a buffet breakfast, received an age-appropriate gift, and a harvest basket to take home to their families. Each child that shopped – their siblings were given a gift card to go shopping as well. Each child also received socks donated by In Jacobs Shoes and underwear funded by the Foundation.
3rd Annual Walk the Walk

Over 300 walkers joined the Foundation in our Walk the Walk as part of the Palm Beaches Marathon Weekend at Post Park. Thank you to our sponsors and all those who supported the walk.
Shop & Sip
December 8, 2023
Supporters gathered in the Royal Poinciana Plaza for a Shop & Sip event. Local stores like Veronica Beard, FRAME, LoveShackFancy, Theory, and more contributed to our auction and gave back a percentage of sales to the Foundation. Thank you to all those who bid on items and to our committee for making this a successful event.
